2. Eligibility & Account Use

• Our products and services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older and to registered business entities operating within Australia.
• Business customers purchasing for commercial or resale use must identify this at the time of order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including contact and delivery details.
• You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable Australian law.

3. Orders & Pricing

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your order.
• Promotional discounts and pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to previously completed orders.

Quotes & Commercial Orders

• Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Volume pricing and procurement agreements are available for qualifying organisations — contact us to arrange.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store credit card details. Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been formally agreed upon in writing.

5. Product Use & Intended Purpose

Our ergonomic products are designed for professional workplace and office environments. To ensure safety and performance, and to protect your warranty coverage, please observe the following:

• Use each product strictly within the specifications and load ratings stated in the product documentation.
• Follow all assembly instructions provided. Improper assembly voids warranty coverage.
• Do not modify, alter, or repurpose products beyond their intended ergonomic function.
• Conduct regular safety inspections as recommended — particularly for height-adjustable desks, chair mechanisms, and monitor arms.

Products used outside of their intended purpose or in non-standard environments are not covered under warranty, and we accept no liability for injury or damage arising from misuse.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by manufacturer warranty in addition to your statutory rights under the ACL. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified in the product documentation supplied with each item.

General Warranty Guidelines
Warranty Period	As specified per product — minimum 12 months from date of purchase.
What Is Covered	Manufacturing defects, material failures under normal use, and mechanical faults.
What Is Not Covered	Damage from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How to Claim	Contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

 

Warranty claims do not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the warranty period.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to: lost productivity, injury from misuse, or losses arising from delivery delays outside of our control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information is used solely to process your order, manage your account, and communicate with you about your purchase.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and business obligations.
• You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting our privacy officer.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may refer the matter to your state or territory consumer affairs body, or the ACCC.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to orders placed after the revised date. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
